To install the mod you need tools to open the IMG and replace the txd and dff with the ones from the download, there’s also a col file that could be installed with col editor
You can replace the Handling line with this

Of course, all of these instructions are in case you want to follow a traditional installation, there’s also the option to just drop everything in a modloader folder in your game directory.
