New Gun Flash For Android

New Effects For GTA: III Android
Installation:
Move the “particle.cfg” file to Android/data/com.rockstar.gta3/files/data(here)
The gun flash, explosion effect, smoke effect were completely fine except the blood effect, it looks cartoonist.
