This mod adds NoClip to the game.
Now you can move very quickly and fly around the city!
Control:
N – Activate NoClip
F or Enter – Deactivate NoClip
Shift – Climb
Space – Get Down
W, A, S, D or arrows – Move Claude

This is an improved version of NoClip for GTA Vice City by HOoliGAN.
Unfortunately in GTA 3 there is no one opcode that would freeze the player’s position, so I had to freeze the time.
Some bugs appeared, with NoClip turned on, if you go into a pause, the text may disappear, so I advise you to land somewhere and turn off NoClip, and then go into a pause.
This is version 1.0 so far, it may improve over time!
