HOW TO INSTALL:
a) MAKE A BACKUP!.
b) Unrar/Unzip this file.
c) Begin SparkIV and discover your automobile.img file positioned in ../computer/fashions/cdimages folder out of your GTA IV/EFLC.
d) Click on IMPORT button and choose recordsdata “noose.wft” and “noose.wtd”.
e) Click on SAVE and REBUILD, shut SparkIV.
With a textual content editor, make the next modifications:
