Ihr braucht den Nativ Trainer 6.0 , keine Ahnung ob es mit anderen Versionen geht.
Nativ Trainer 6.0
Einfach die objects2.ini und objects3.ini ins Installations Verzeichnis kopieren und GTA four starten.
Dann im Spiel -> Nativ Trainer -> Object Spawning -> Extra Objects Menu -> Load Objects from objects2.ini und Load Objects from Objects3.ini
Fertig.
