What’s on this mod?
1. Custom-made blips.wtd, binoculars.wtd, fonts.wtd and hud.wtd file.
2. Custom-made hud colours. The boring default GTAIV colours at the moment are higher, with a transparent blue/gray theme.
3. The V3.zero of the New Scope Crosshair mod.
4. The V3.zero of the New HQ Icons mod.
