Detail Distance Increase

Extends draw distance of common items in the environment, that typically have low draw distances even on 100% Detail distance.
This stops the more noticeable ‘fade-in’ of many road-side objects such as; bins, rubbish bags, mail boxes, pay-phones, bus stops, ground-cover, etc.
