Should you dont have the file “scripttxd.img” edited,
Put the file “scripttxd.img” from this .zip to this folder:
>Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcdatacdimages
or
When you have a modified “scripttxd.img”, use SparkIV(or some program like that)
so as to add the “phone3d_hq_private0.wtd” within the file:
>Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcdatacdimagesscripttxds.img
