No keys simply copy this in your gtaiv scripts folder to make gta extra ambient.
To alter how typically peds stroll round drunk and urinate, change the interval within the constructor at high of the script.
Interval = 7000(Quick)
Interval = 30000;(default/slower)
This goes in your gtaiv scripts folder
