First you want to be sure you have downgraded GTA4 for this to work!

—HOW TO INSTALL—
Put “FirstPerson.asi” and “FirstPerson.ini” and “ScriptHook.dll” into the basis
folder of Grand Theft Auto 4.
That is it! take pleasure in GTA4 In first individual!
Hold urgent V to enter first individual mode.
