This mod lets you fly with a automobile/aircraft.
Set up:
-Copy the “Fly Mod.internet.dll” to scripts folder in GTA IV listing
-You want the .Web ScriptHook
Default controls (might be modified):
-Press F5 whereas in automobile to fly together with your automobile
-Press F6 to fly with a aircraft
-W/S to speed up/decelerate
-Left/Proper arrow to roll
-Numpad 8/2 to pitch
-Numpad 7/9 to pitch/roll
-Numpad 1/three to pitch/roll
-Numpad 5 to freeze place
