Force Field++

So, I used to be looking for a Drive Subject mod, and I could not discover any good ones with the options I would like, so I made a decision to make one which did!
Options:
Attracts a barrier round you, and if something goes previous that barrier, it will get thrown away!
The throwing away half I simply talked about.
The best way to use it:
Press Proper Management + Okay to allow/disable.
What you may change within the ini file:
The keys.
Whether or not to attract the barrier or not.
The radius to attract the barrier (if set to) and throw autos/peds away.
The best way to set up:
First set up .NET Scripthook.
Copy ForceFieldPlusPlus.web.dll and ForceFieldPlusPlus.ini to the scripts folder within the GTA IV listing.

Notes:
If the script crashes otherwise you name abortscripts/reloadscripts, then the barrier is not going to delete for some motive (if set to be created within the first place). I cannot determine easy methods to cease this.
