GTA IV Chinatown Benchmark Savegame v 1

This area of chinatown is one of the areas in GTA IV that will lower fps the most so it is a good place to
benchmark. Use a benchmark software like msi afterburner to measure fps drops.
Enabling night shadows and using headlights also lower a lot of fps, for example wth my pc in very high
settings difference can be 16fps lower when driving through chinatown. I turn on headlights after passing
Hematite St to make sure they stay on while i drive around the laggiest block of chinatown.

Here are my results using this chinatown benchmark savegame with FX 8350 + GTX 780 (445.75 driver). Recording
lowers about 6-8fps.
