So the second model of NextGen ENB is lastly achieved!
This ENB was not made to be tremendous sensible or demanding. It was made to be good but additionally match Grand Theft Auto IV’s environment.
It does not want a high-end PC. My specs (30-40 FPS):
-Intel Core i3-2120
-Asus GTX460 768MB
-8GB DDR3-1866 RAM
Credit:

-niggbert for Photorealistic 7 (this ENB relies on that)

Examined solely on patch 1.0.4.0! Most likely appears worse on EFLC or 1.0.7.0!
Don’t launch this mod anyplace else.
