Realistic Graphics Mod 2013 v 1.0

That is my Reasonable Graphics Mod 2013 for GTA IV, works solely with the final GTA IV patch 1.0.70. The video games should be clear.
– No sky bugs and no moon bugs
– sensible colours and brightness
– Dynamic lights
– prime quality stars and moon
