Traffic Cops: Back in the Tollbooths

Simple script mod that replaces the toll booth cop peds with traffic cops, instead of whatever’s loaded into memory at the time thru pedgrps.
Only tested on patch 1080 so let me know how it works in the other versions if you’re trying.
Make sure to check the readme for install instructions and always back up your original files.
