Vanilla friendly HD roads

There are several road mods available for GTA IV but none of them are lore friendly, they look too clean for a place like liberty city. This mod replaces most of the road textures with higher resolution textures made from scratch. These new textures Make the roads look way more detailed and realistic while being similar enough to the original ones.
