Franklin For GTA IV ELFC Version

I made this mod using GTA IV Franklin and using GTA SA outfits of Franklin mod. And converted to GTA IV TBOGT and TLAD. Enjoy.
You need to copy playerped and paste first go to any file tlad or tbogt and paste it to its playerped.
