Set up:
1. Use SparkIV or OpenIV and open GTAIV/laptop/information/fashions/cdimages/componentpeds.img
2. Substitute information from componentpeds.img folder
3. Use SparkIV or OpenIV and open GTAIV/laptop/information/fashions/cdimages/pedprops.img
4. Substitute information from pedprops.img folder
5. Use SparkIV or OpenIV and open GTAIV/laptop/audio/Sfx/speech.rpf
6. Substitute information from speech.rpf folder
7. Substitute “peds.ide” information in GTAIV/frequent/information/
