#1-Get SparkIV or OpenIV and begin it.
#2-Browse to your Rockstar Video games/Grand Theft Auto IV/laptop/fashions/cdimages and open “playerped.rtf”.
#3-Change the “uppr_diff_016_a_uni” there, by the one which I supplied you with.
