Set up Directions:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Navigate to x64w.rpf> dlcpacks> spupgrade> dlc.rpf> x64> ranges> GTA5> automobiles> upgradevehicles.rpf
3. Don’t forget to activate the Edit mode (Edit Mode)
4. Change blimp2.ytd with the one offered within the archive
5. Go to File> Rebuild
