Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:nis13
Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
and make a folder known as nis13.
add the included dlc.rpf file

-the vehicle_mesh.fxc file included in VisualV’s set up information makes some components approach shinier than they need to be. I’ve included the vanilla file as a repair for those who wish to use it. Which will be discovered at:
