using openiv, put folder sucap1 to directory
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
then navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
and add the following line dlcpacks:/SuCap1/ to dlclist.xml
save and close
spawn name is sucap1 and install instructions are in the package.
