2: Use OpenIV extract Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
Then use Notepad++ to open it, then add a brand new line:
dlcpacks:98crownvic
Put it aside and use OpenIV change in modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
3: Spawn mannequin identify: 98crownvic
