Set up:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Navigate to: updatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
2. Again up the present Sultan information, if you have not already
3. Exchange sultan.yft, sultan_hi.yft and sultan.ytd
4. Shut OpenIV
5. Take pleasure in

That is my second convert to GTA V, and it is a lot larger high quality than my earlier mod. I do plan to enhance this mod sooner or later and hopefully add tuning. Please put up bugs and benefit from the mod!
