Installations:
1: Copy w221s600 folder into: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
2: Use OpenIV and extract dlclist to your desktop from: Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
Open dlclist with notepad, and add this new line:
dlcpacks:w221s600
Reserve it, and substitute the unique dlclist with this one utilizing OpenIV.
3: (This step is an non-obligatory step, no distinction to do it or not.）
Use OpenIV and extract extratitleupdatedata.meta from: Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondataextratitleupdatedata.meta
open it with notepad, and add theses new traces:
dlc_w221s600:/replace:/dlc_patch/w221s600/
Reserve it, and substitute the unique extratitleupdatedata.meta with this one utilizing OpenIV.
