1. Copy LSV folder to
X:Grand Theft Auto V/ replace/x64/dlcpacks or X:/Grand Theft Auto V/ modsupdate/x64/dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV extract
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/replace/replace.rpf/widespread/information/dlclist.xml
or X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/replace/replace.rpf/widespread/information/dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
dlcpacks:/LSV/
Put it aside and use OpenIV exchange it.
3.Completed, go and take a look at it in recreation!
