1: Copy brooklands folder into: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
2: Use OpenIV and extract dlclist to your desktop from: Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
Open dlclist with notepad, and add this new line:
dlcpacks:ghost
Reserve it, and exchange the unique dlclist with this one utilizing OpenIV.

Use OpenIV and extract extratitleupdatedata.meta from: Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondataextratitleupdatedata.meta
open it with notepad, and add theses new strains:
