1. navigate to “mods/replace/x64/dlcpacks/”
create a brand new folder referred to as “por718gt4” and place this “dlc.rpf” file inside that folder
2. Export “dlclist.xml” from “mods/replace/replace.rpf/frequent/knowledge/” to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any textual content editor, add the next line to the top:
dlcpacks:/por718gt4/
3. Import “dlclist.xml” once more to the trail talked about above utilizing OpenIV
