Right click and select Edit
Add this line in Paths section
dlcpacks:/HarvinoiiDBlackwing/
press save
2. Make a folder named “HarvinoiiDBlackwing” , in update/x64/dlcpacks
drag and drop inside the dlc.rpf from the file you downloaded.
