set up:
1. Open up OpenIV
2. Navigate to replace/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/ranges/gta5/autos.rpf
3. Allow EditMode (if you need a backup, there may be on within the archive or you possibly can backup your individual.)
4. Drag the file from the archive into OpenIV
5.ENJOY!!!!
