With OpenIV go to :

fx64levelsgta5propsdlc_lev_des.rpf
Then changed information “ind_prop_dlc_roller_car.ytd ” and ”
ind_prop_dlc_roller_car.ydr” by these of the mod
You want the mod menu put in Menyoo
To make spawn the components 1 open the mod menu with F8 and choose :
“Spawn Into Slot” > “All autos” > “Humorous autos” then “Curler Automobile”
