For Addon :
u ought to open OpenIV after which head to there : Mods>replace>x64>dlcpacks and replica the envoyc folder there (or drag it to openIV ) after which head to mods>replace>uptade.rpf>widespread>date after which open dlclist and add this code :
dlcpacks:envoyc
( to begin with it is best to allow edit mod and for dlclist it is best to proper click on on it after which click on on edit 😉 )
