Set up:
Go to: GTAVmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:ps13
Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
and make a folder referred to as ps13.
add the included dlc.rpf file
Spawn Identify: PS13

Bugs:
No damaged glass (perhaps subsequent replace) No brake lights (on/off) simply activate on the night time. Use vstance to edit suspension. ****
