Set up:
1.Use Open IV to interchange the information.
2.Go to
replace/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/ranges/gta5/autos.rpf
and substitute police2.yft, police2_hi.yft
3.Select which model you need from the Pores and skin Folder and substitute
police2.ytd and police2+hello.ytd
