2.Edit dlc record from updateupdate.rpfcommondata
3.add this line to dlcpacks:dlcpacks:ruinerdm
4.save and substitute it
Spawn ruinerdm
INSTALLATION REPLACE
1. Begin OpenIV
2. Go to: GTA Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday13ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesvehicles.rpf
3. Allow Edit Mode and drag the downloaded YFT/YTD information into Open IV
