INSTALLATION Add-On
1.Drop ruiner_fd folder to updatex64dlcpacks
2.Edit dlc listing from updateupdate.rpfcommondata
3.add this line to dlcpacks:dlcpacks:ruiner_fd
4.save and change it
Spawn ruinerfd
INSTALLATION Change
1. Begin OpenIV
2. Go to: GTA Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday12ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesvehicles.rpf
3. Allow Edit Mode and drag the downloaded YFT/YTD information into Open IV
