1. Begin OpenIV
2. Go to: GTA Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday9ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesvehicles.rpf
3. Allow Edit Mode and drag the downloaded YFT/YTD information into Open IV
