Financial institution Theft Mod
this mod allows the participant to rob the Pacific and Fleeca banks
-to rob a financial institution merely stand close to the vault of the financial institution
-after loosing the cops you will be rewarded with money
-Fleeca banks provides three needed stars and rewards between 15okay and 35okay
-Pacific financial institution provides four needed star and rewards between 35okay and 75okay
-banks have cameras so being close to a financial institution throughout a theft will reset needed stage (prevents tenting in/close to banks)
