Chop to Shepherd Pet mod

This mod replaces chop with a shepherd.
The best way to set up:
1. Begin up OpenIV
2. go to GTA V/x64e.rpf/fashions/cdimages/streamedpeds_a_c.rpf
3. Substitute the unique information with the modded ones.
