This mod provides 2x the visitors and as much as 3x the pedestrians relying on which file you employ. The town feels a lot extra alive with this mod on!
Comes with two variations, 2x visitors 2x pedestrians, or 2x visitors and 3x pedestrians. I personally advocate the 3x model.
I did not discover any efficiency hit, however much less highly effective computer systems could have points with this mod.

Set up:
Backup your replace.rpf file (particularly for those who ever wish to play MP once more)
Open replace.rpf utilizing the newest OpenIV
Navigate to widespread > information within the file
