For the OFFICIAL VERSION of the sport:
(because of @GTAMODDER)
Boot up the sport and when you’re in-game, go to process supervisor and shut GTA V, it can then provide the choice to go in protected mode or retry (Or it would ask you to check in once more), depart that menu open (Do not check in but in the event you bought the choice to check in), now, set up the water.xml utilizing the above directions. As soon as you have carried out that, click on retry (or check in and it ought to launch).
NOTE: The tsunami mod is a bit buggy when it comes to visible elements. That is attributable to the water being someplace it should not be. Some locations of town will not be flooded and better components of the map. You might get odd sport crashes when coping with pedestrians as their paths aren’t made for underwater.
A backup water.xml has been included throughout the archive however nonetheless backup any pre-existing information simply to be protected.
Requires OpenIV [2.6] which could be discovered right here
In an effort to use this YOU NEED OpenIV’s ASI plugin. It is going to ask you to mechanically set up on first launch of the most recent model. With out this you can not use edited RPF’s.
