Stroll as much as a automobile and press ‘H’ to steal its plates. Stroll as much as your automobile and press + H to use them. Once you apply stolen plate to your automobile whereas needed your needed stage drops by one star.
If you’re on a bike or quad you may pull up the a automobile and apply the stolen plate.
