1. Run OpenIV
2. Click on on the Edit Mode button
3. Go to x64v.rpf/fashions/cdimages/ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf
4. Go to sp_mi_tat_005.ytd and again it up (Proper click on on the file & choose extract. Extract to a backup folder)
5. Exchange sp_mi_tat_005.ytd with the one within the folder (Proper click on on the file & choose substitute)
