1- Use OpenIV and go to: GTA Folderupdatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64modelscdimagesweapons.rpf
2- Allow edit mode in OpenIV
3- Substitute authentic file
4- In OpenIV, navigate to Replace/replace.rpf/frequent/knowledge/ai
5- Substitute weapons.meta with the one within the folder
