Mike
Presented in the mission: False Departure.
Mike is the star of Grand Theft Auto Advance. Together with his partner Vinnie has earned enough money to leave Liberty City, but Mike will be persuaded by Vinnie to do some work for the Mafia before leaving.
Vinnie
Presented in the mission: False Departure.
Vinnie’s Mike’s partner. He’ll convince him to do some work for the Mafia before he leaves.
8-Ball
Presented in the mission: The Counterfeiters.
We will meet him again in GTA III.
Jonnie
Presented in the mission: “Love Boat”.
Jonnie owns one of the premises in the Red Light District of Portland Island.
King Courtney
Presented in the mission: “Race to Run”.
King Courtney is the boss of the Yardies. Involved in a war for territory with the Colombian Cartel, he is also involved in illegal races around Staunton Island.
We’ll meet him again in GTA III.
Cisco
Presented in the mission: “Fine Dining”.
Cisco is the boss of the Colombian Cartel gang.
Yuka
Presented in the mission: “School’s Out”.
Yuka is Asuka Kasen’s niece.
Asuka Kasen
Presented in the mission: “Kid’s a Hero”.
Asuka Kasen is the boss of the Yakuza gang. She has bisexual instincts, which lead her to “dominate”.
We will meet her again in GTA III and GTA: Liberty City Stories.
