March 19 Grand Theft Auto IV returned to the online store Steam, and also appeared in Rockstar Games Launcher. If you have been in a tank all this time, a short story from and to:
- January 10 – GTA 4 was taken off sale in Steam without explanation;
- January 14 – Rockstar Games explained the suspension of sales by the inability to generate new keys due to the closing of Games For Windows – LIVE;
- February 19 – Rockstar Games announced the exact date on which the game returned to Steam;
- February 21 – The Steam version of GTA 4 has achievements.
What has changed in the updated version of GTA 4
- Games for Windows – LIVE service is completely removed;
- No network mode;
- Removed the list of leaders in the multiplayer;
- RamJam FM, Self-Actualization FM and Vice City FM radio stations from Episodes from Liberty City will be temporarily unavailable;
- Retained Japanese subtitles in GTA IV that are not available in EFLC.
