Set up:
Extract to CLEO folder. Put fxt file in CLEO_TEXT folder.
Utilization:
Sort “EMP” to activate/deactivate.
Press Tab to emit an Electromagnetic Pulse inflicting close by automobiles to return to a stand nonetheless.
