THIS IS MY FIRST MOD!! THIS MOD CONVERTS MOST OF THE STUFF (CARS, WEAPONS, RADAR & DISPLAY FEATURES, SKINS, PLAYERS, FONT, GANGS, ETC) TO EXACTLY
VICE CITY STORIES. BUILDINGS HAVEN’T BEEN CHANGED ALOT BECAUSE IT IS NOT A TOTAL CONVERSION BUT THE SA:VCS VERSION IS A TOTAL
CONVERSION. ACTUALLY, THE ORIGINAL MOD IS FOR GTA SAN ANDREAS AND IT CONVERTS ABSOLOUTELY EVERYTHING TO VICE CITY STORIES.
BUT THIS ONE, IS A VERY SMALL EDITION WHICH I JUST MADE FOR YOU TO KNOW WHAT VCS IS ALL ABOUT. REMEMBER NONE OF THE TEXTURES,
STRUCTURES OR ANYTHING WAS NOT TAKEN FROM ANY RESPECTED GAME BUT ALL WERE SEPERATELY BUILT, TESTED & FIXED MYSELF.
