Vice City Multiplayer 0.4

Vice City Multiplayer is an unofficial multiplayer modification to the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, a game developed by Rockstar North and released in 2003. The aim of VC:MP is to integrate rich and entertaining multiplayer capabilities into the original game. Players can create their own dedicated servers with vast scripting capabilities to extend the capabilities of Vice City, allowing anyone around the world to enjoy a relaxing deathmatch game, roleplay a cop or criminal, perform stunts, or simply drive around together.
The latest version of Vice City: Multiplayer, 0.4 is a near complete rewrite of the multiplayer functionality from previous versions. 0.4 includes support for Steam versions of the game, support for GUIs, performance and stability improvements, and improved netcode that uses less bandwidth. GTA: Vice City and Windows XP SP3 or higher are required to run this mod. For non-Steam versions of the game, patch 1.0 (not 1.1) is required.
